Sachiko Quinn

Sachiko Quinn incorporates acrylic paint, paper, and sometimes batik to create unique, one-of-a-kind mixed-media art. Original works are created with a combination of acrylic paint and collage on wood panels.
Sachiko was born and raised in Japan. In 1995, she moved to Portland, Oregon and started to practice batiking. During the 20 years of creating batik, she also worked with various mediums like combining batik and acrylic paint. Sachiko has also been exploring fluid acrylic and collaging in recent years. Her work continues to launch her in new directions.
