Meet the Artist
Natalie Haskins
Digital Art
Natalie Haskins is a self-taught artist and illustrator whose work explores the intersection of nature, narrative, and human emotion through Wild Valentine. Her striking black-ink illustrations draw inspiration from fairy tales, self-inquiry, and what she calls "everyday magic"—those quiet, often overlooked moments of beauty and meaning woven into daily life. Based in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, two beloved dogs, and a small flock of hens, her work has been featured in print and can be found in select local retail shops. A recent life-altering medical diagnosis has deepened her commitment to living and creating with intention, resulting in work that celebrates life, reveres nature, and encourages presence and curiosity.
Materials and tools used include: detailed black-ink illustrations created digitally using Procreate, with occasional refinement in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Each artwork is printed in-house using archival pigment inks on 100% cotton, acid-free fine art paper with a museum-grade printer, and adapted onto functional goods such as woven throws, tea towels, bandanas, and enamel pins.
