Jonathan Amann, a former data analyst, transitioned into creating art four years ago, experimenting with novel approaches to common practices. He started by selling his handcrafted oil lamps at farmers markets to gauge interest and has since expanded to events and festivals. His work reflects a blend of analytical precision and artistic experimentation, resulting in unique pieces that appeal to a wide range of budgets.
Materials and tools used include: one-of-a-kind oil lamps handcrafted from crystals, fossils, and exotic minerals. He uses angle grinders, saws, drills, and polishing equipment to shape and refine each piece, creating a distinctive aesthetic that highlights the natural beauty of the raw materials.
